Paris can make a night feel expensive before you have even reached the dancefloor. A rooftop drink, a cabaret ticket, a car waiting outside: each is tempting. The question is what the next euro actually adds.
So, how much is a night out in Paris? More usefully, what changes when two people have €100, €500 or €2,000 to spend?
To make the choices clearer, we built three Paris nightlife budgets: €100, €500 and €2,000 for two adults, excluding accommodation and airport transfers. Think dinner and music at €100, a more theatrical evening at €500, and premium packages and reserved service at €2,000. Spending more can change the experience. It does not automatically improve the soundtrack.
My starting point is the music. A beautiful room matters. Good service matters. But when I am choosing a dancefloor, the lineup deserves at least as much attention as the Champagne list.
Editorial note: These are researched spending plans, not accounts of nights we personally tested. Published prices are identified below. Club admission, restaurant allowances, taxis and VIP spending estimates need confirmation for your date. Availability and admission remain subject to venue rules.

Paris Nightlife on Three Budgets: The Quick Answer
| Total budget for two | Per person | Suggested evening | Main tradeoff |
|---|---|---|---|
| €100 | €50 | Affordable dinner, an electronic club and public transport | Little room for extra drinks or taxis |
| €500 | €250 | Skyline drinks, dinner and cabaret, with an optional club afterward | Choose extras carefully |
| €2,000 | €1,000 | Premium dinner, erotic cabaret and a possible reserved club table | The table quote determines feasibility |
The €100 Night: Eat Well, Choose the Lineup, Dance Properly
At Bouillon Pigalle, the official autumn 2026 menu lists steak-frites at €12.60, duck confit at €12.80, crème brûlée at €3.80 and a Negroni at €6. One of each main, two desserts and two Negronis totals €45: €12.60 + €12.80 + €7.60 + €12. Service is included. Other menu choices can change that total. Check the official menu.
That leaves €55 for music, transport and a small reserve. A cocktail at dinner is already in the calculation; a round inside the club is another decision.
For the club portion, start with the Rex Club programme. Its own website documents a DnB multidiffusion sound system updated during the 2023 renovation. That is a useful technical detail, although it does not establish how every event sounds or whether its lineup suits you.
As of 4 October, Rex’s linked official ticketing lists several October events at €15.80, including Mamie’s All Night Long on 9 October and House of Groove on 24 October. We use that advertised example below; it is not a permanent admission tariff. Check the current event listings.
A €100 Spending Plan
| Item | Cost for two | Basis |
|---|---|---|
| Dinner, desserts and two cocktails | €45 | Published Bouillon menu calculation above |
| Rex Club tickets | €31.60 | Two advertised €15.80 tickets; choose a qualifying event |
| Public transport | €12 | Allowance; depends on your journeys |
| Extra purchases or contingency | €11.40 | Reserve, including any cloakroom or ticket extras |
| Total | €100 | €45 + €31.60 + €12 + €11.40 |
The condition: choose an event at the illustrated price and confirm the final checkout total. A more expensive night needs a different allocation. The €100 figure is a budget ceiling, including the reserve, rather than a compulsory spend.
Extra club drinks are not magically included. Neither is a taxi home. The €11.40 reserve is small, and it cannot cover every possible addition.
How I Would Arrange It
Suggested order: dinner around 7:30 p.m., an unhurried transfer, then the club at the selected event’s door time. Check your journey home before entering; the transport allowance assumes public transport and excludes airport transfers.
MJ’s take: I would choose this route when the main objective is dancing. The first upgrade I would consider is a ticket to a lineup I genuinely want to hear. A table comes much later.

The €500 Night: Skyline Drinks, Cabaret and an Optional Dancefloor
Begin with a drink at Bonnie, atop SO/Paris. The venue lists its 16th-floor bar as opening at 6 p.m. Its currently linked bar menu lists Side Quest and Tropical Drift at €22 each, so two cost €44. Choose those examples or a combination within the same allocation. See Bonnie’s menus.
Next comes Paradis Latin. Its official price page lists the Gustave Eiffel dinner plus L’Oiseau Paradis at €180 per adult, or €360 for two. Dinner arrival is 7:30 p.m.; the listed performance runs from 9:30 to 11:15 p.m. The venue lists Tuesday as its closing day. Check current prices and showtimes.
A €500 Spending Plan
| Item | Cost for two | Basis |
|---|---|---|
| Bonnie drinks | €44 | Two listed €22 cocktails |
| Paradis Latin dinner and show | €360 | Two published €180 packages |
| Optional Rex Club tickets | €31.60 | Two €15.80 tickets if available for your date |
| Public transport | €20 | Allowance; check your route |
| Paradis Latin cloakroom | €4 | Two items at the published €2-per-item rate |
| Extra purchases or contingency | €40.40 | Reserve for extras, late food or optional tips |
| Total | €500 | €44 + €360 + €31.60 + €20 + €4 + €40.40 |
The published Eiffel menu includes specified water, red wine and Champagne servings, with service included. Those inclusions are finite; extra orders come from your reserve. Read the current menu. Paradis Latin’s FAQ lists cloakroom use as mandatory at €2 per item; the model budgets two items.
The final club stop is optional. If its tickets exceed the allowance, or you would prefer a taxi, redirect that money. A cabaret evening does not become incomplete because you finish it before sunrise.
Give the Evening Room to Breathe
Bonnie’s listed 6 p.m. bar opening leaves a limited window before the 7:30 p.m. dinner arrival. Keep the first stop short, allow for the transfer and confirm both reservations. If you want a leisurely aperitif, skip the rooftop detour and start closer to the cabaret.
For the difference between theatrical cabaret and late-night adult clubs, read our Paris erotic cabaret and VIP nightlife guide.
MJ’s take: This is my choice for variety: skyline, dinner, theatre and a possible dancefloor. The cabaret is a seated performance; choose a separate club if you want to dance. The best upgrade might simply be fewer stops and more time at each one.

The €2,000 Night: Premium Dinner, Erotic Cabaret and a Possible VIP Table
For dinner, Bonnie is one candidate. Its listed dinner service begins at 7 p.m., so select your cabaret showtime first and allow enough time to eat and travel. For an indulgent menu example, the currently linked restaurant PDF lists 50 g of caviar at €250, shared Black Angus sirloin at €120 and cheesecake at €16. Caviar, steak and two desserts total €402. Add two €24 cocktails and two €35 glasses of Ruinart from the bar menu: €118 in drinks. The illustrated dinner totals €520, including menu-listed VAT and service. See the linked restaurant and bar menus.
For the performance, Crazy Horse’s official booking page lists Crazy Exclusive at €295 per person, including the show, vintage Champagne, macarons and caviar. Two tickets therefore cost €590. Its current booking page also lists show-only tickets from €119 and Crazy Champagne from €139. Compare the official offers.
A €2,000 Spending Plan
| Item | Cost for two | Basis |
|---|---|---|
| Bonnie dinner and drinks | €520 | €402 food + €118 drinks; menu-based example |
| Crazy Horse Exclusive | €590 | Two published €295 packages |
| Club table or bottle-service allocation | €650 | Conditional allowance; no verified venue quote |
| Taxis | €120 | Allowance; actual fares vary |
| Late food or other purchases | €60 | Reserve |
| Remaining contingency | €60 | Buffer, including optional tips and unlisted extras |
| Total available | €2,000 | €520 + €590 + €650 + €120 + €60 + €60 |
The dinner is an itemized menu example, not a fixed package. The table allocation is a spending decision, not an advertised offer. Caviar appears in both the dinner example and the show package; omit it at dinner if you would rather spend that €250 elsewhere.
Raspoutine Paris is a candidate for the final stop: its website describes a deep-house identity and lists Thursday-to-Saturday opening, 11:30 p.m. to 5 a.m. I cannot confirm a public €650 table offer there. Request the price and conditions before including a table in your confirmed itinerary.
If the quote exceeds your allocation, spend less elsewhere, raise the total or choose a different arrangement. The €60 buffer is helpful, but it does not turn an unknown minimum into an affordable reservation.
Suggested order: dinner from 7 p.m., a compatible later Crazy Horse slot, then the club. Confirm showtime and arrival instructions before booking dinner. Raspoutine’s listed opening days make Thursday, Friday or Saturday the starting point for this specific combination.
What to Ask Before Booking a Table
Ask whether the quoted amount is a fee, a minimum spend or a package. Confirm how many guests it covers, which purchases count toward it, and whether admission is included. Get the deposit, cancellation terms and any additional charges in writing.
Also ask where the table is. If music matters to you, proximity to the dancefloor may be more useful than a secluded location.
MJ’s take: The appeal here is a more arranged evening. I would judge the upgrade by the seat, service, setting and confirmed inclusions. A high bill alone tells me very little about the DJ.
What Does Spending More Actually Buy?
That is the useful comparison. “Best nightlife” means something different to someone who wants to dance for hours, someone planning a theatrical date and someone hosting guests.
From the booth: price and musical quality are not on the same fader. Rex documents its audio installation; Raspoutine describes a deep-house identity. Those are different kinds of evidence. Neither establishes how a particular night will feel. Check the actual lineup, then decide whether you want the dancefloor, the stage or the table to be the centre of your evening.
Before spending more, name the upgrade you want. Better seating? A dinner-show combination? Easier transport? Room to sit with friends? Once you can answer that, the budget becomes much easier to use.
Practical Details That Can Change the Bill
Transport After Midnight
The standard 2026 Metro–Train–RER ticket costs €2.55 and the Bus–Tram ticket €2.05. The transport authority explicitly includes Noctilien in the Bus–Tram ticket’s coverage. Connections are permitted within its 90-minute validity; return trips or interrupted journeys on the same line are excluded. Count the actual journeys in your route. Check current transport fares.
RATP lists approximate Metro closing times of 1:15 a.m. on weekdays and 2:15 a.m. on Friday and Saturday nights and evenings before public holidays. Noctilien operates approximately 12:30–5:30 a.m. Check the last departure for your station and direction rather than arriving at the network’s general closing time. See RATP’s operating-hours guidance.
Service, Tips and Extra Orders
French consumer guidance says tips are voluntary; restaurant and bar service charges, where applied, must be included in displayed prices. Do not automatically add an American-style percentage to every bill. Read the official tipping guidance.
The easier way to lose control of these budgets is through extras: another round, a separate bottle, an unplanned transfer or a package upgrade. Keep a running total and ask what is included before ordering.
Dress and Reservations
Paradis Latin permits classic jeans without holes and casual sneakers, while excluding sportswear, beachwear, tank tops, flip-flops and shorts. Read its current FAQ. Other venues have their own rules. Dress for the strictest confirmed stop rather than assuming one outfit policy applies across Paris.
Book the least flexible component first, usually the timed show. Build dinner and transport around it. These plans are not holiday-event packages; special dates may have different products, prices and availability.
Which Paris Night-Out Budget Would I Choose?
For a music-led evening, I would start with €100 and let the lineup decide whether to increase it.
For a varied date night, I would choose €500, leaving the final club optional.
For a special occasion where premium service matters, I would consider €2,000, after receiving the table quote.
Choose the evening first. Then decide which upgrades deserve your money.
